Hospitality Realty Associates has the ability to identify issues in hotel operations and market conditions that should be addressed while preparing to purchase or sell a property. HRA will consult with the client to determine the best path to meet your needs. If asset & interim management is ascertained, HRA will suggest a company that fits the hotel’s unique characteristics, i.e.; full service 4 star, full service 3 star, extended stay upscale or midscale, limited service transient, etc.

POSITIONING TO SELL YOUR HOTEL

Your group or institution wants to make certain that the property is positioned properly in the market and will yield the proper CAP Rate in a sale. This may require immediate restructuring of the operations and sales of the asset to put you on the right path to success. This can be accomplished in many cases by putting in place a new mind set in the way of a culture paradigm shift with fresh eyes. In most instances; all that is needed is new leadership and not necessarily new employees. HRA will select and recommend the interim management team that they feel will fill your need. Upon closing of the sale, the interim management company would be available to be retained or exit seamlessly, just as they entered.

HRA will not accept commissions or referral fees from any and all management companies and will only act in the best interest of the owner or institution.
